Automatic Watches
Setting the Time and Date
1. Pull out the crown to Position 2 (one “click” out). Rotate crown clockwise until the date shows one day earlier than the date you want to set.
2. Pull out the crown to Position 3 (two “clicks” out). Rotate the crown so the watch hands move clockwise until the current date shows. Then set the watch hands to the correct time. Turn the watch hands past 12 once if you’re setting the watch for a P.M. time. Push the crown back to Position 1.
3. For a watch with day and date display, pull out the crown of the watch to Position 2, turn it clockwise to change the day and counterclockwise to change the date.
4. Return the crown to the fully depressed Position 1.
Stopped Automatic Watches
If the watch is not worn, it will wind down and stop. We suggest the following procedure to start an automatic watch that has stopped:
The automatic movements are designed to generate power by wearing the watch, which means that it is safe to safely start to shake your watch to get the rotor inside spinning and generate power.
With the crown in Position 1, slowly shake the wristwatch until the watch is running. Keep the watch on your wrist until fully recharged.
Chronograph Function Explained
A chronograph is a watch with advanced options. It often has 3 separate dials besides the date. The chronograph functions as a stopwatch timer.
With the buttons on the side of the watch, you can quickly start, pause and reset the timer. As soon as the timer is activated, it starts counting the seconds. After every minute, the hand that shows the passed minutes will move.
How To Adjust Your Steel Watch Band
1. Place your watch band in the card slot of your watch adjustment tool. (Tool Included)
2. Align the copper needle with the pinhole on the strap, slowly rotate the handle clockwise, and push the connecting needle out of the strap.
3. Disassemble the band to your desired length and reconnect the band.
4. Reinsert the strap connection needle into the band.
Caring For Your Watch
Even though your watch is water-resistant, it is not recommended that you wear it in a hot shower, sauna, or hot tub. We suggest sending your Sevenbonkers watch to a certified jeweler for any battery replacement. Batteries should only be replaced by a professional jeweler to maintain the watch’s water resistance.
If your watch has a bracelet, we suggest you either use the included watch adjustment tool or see a jeweler for any sizing adjustments.
